New dentures

Immediate dentures
Immediate dentures are put in place at the time of tooth removal, so you can walk away with your usual smile. One or more of your existing teeth are taken out and replaced immediately with a temporary denture. The temporary denture fits in with your remaining teeth and acts as a band-aid to heal the site of removal. Later, your immediate denture is relined to fit your healed gum line. Immediate dentures are easier to refit to accommodate for swelling in the gums and jaw while you heal from tooth removal.
